FREE DIRT (NPR)

Free Dirt, yes you read that right! You come get it, bring a shovel or small bobcat and some help.
Perfect for larger properties who want to fill in holes or depressions on land.
No deliveries.
The area is the front yard which is about 45x90 roughly.
You can dig down 2 inches below sidewalk and driveway grade, but NO DEEPER as there are utility pipes.
In some areas the dirt is almost a foot deep as I used the sides of the lawn area for overflow while digging out the driveway.
I will walk you around to show where utilities are.
