Shift leads actively participate and manage the daily operations of the store, supervising the crew on either day or evening shifts.
Responsibilities include ensuring the delivery of high quality products and customer service, as well as adhering to all procedures and policies while making sure the crew does too.
Product, Service and Image are the cornerstones of Marco’s Pizza.
