Hi there! I'm looking for a roommate to take over a previous roommate's lease, preferably female and a student.
Just 4 more months.
I'm a queer female/22 currently an undergrad student at USF pursuing a degree in biomed and hope to go into the dental field.
I'm in my junior year and the other roommate is my little brother (19) who is a freshman at USF.
We are both Chinese-American and from Jacksonville, FL.
I currently work at CVS pharmacy as a technician part-time and have a long-distance boyfriend that may visit from time to time unless we discuss otherwise.
He will never visit without me communicating with you first! After this lease, I am down to renew another one with you (not including my little brother as he will be transferring to UF).
I'm generally a clean person and the only pet peeve I have is leaving leftovers to rot in the fridge.
I also like doing the dishes right after using them.
I'm not a neat freak but I do like being clean.
My hobbies include gaming, eating good food, gaming again, and
working out.
I currently have a tuxedo cat named Tux.
He is the love of my life and the likelihood of you living here will depend on whether he likes you or not (he's gonna love you).
Pet rent will not be included in your portion :) I hope we get along!! My favorite drink is anything with matcha, favorite food is anything Asian.
Another plus is I have a Costco membership so we can just grocery shop in bulk together! Cheap gas too!
The apartment itself is located in Lakeview Oaks (about 10 minutes from USF campus), it's a luxury apartment with a 24/7 gym (actually 24/7 unlike a lot of other apartments.

), basketball/tennis court, volleyball, pool with grille on deck, office room with printer and wifi, free coffee, and valet trash (farthest we have to take trash out is our front door).
It is a gated community.
We live deeper in the community but not too deep so we aren't bothered by any late-night basketball and doesn't take too long to get in and out.
We have a premium white marble finish kitchen with all the appliances like dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, electric stove, etc.
Room has a large walk-in closet I think the largest of the 3 rooms we have.
Also private bathroom so you can do your business in peace.
We also have a gorgeous balcony with a lake view.
Still working on getting common areas furnished! But will likely wait until our next lease if we renew together since there's only 4 months left.
