We are a group of 50+ straight single Males some working, some retired.
We get along great and help each other through life's journey, (which is really nice at our ages.
) We keep the house clean, and the absentee landlord has somebody professionally clean the common areas once per week Move in: cost is 790 (includes first, last, security,) then 230 weekly.
