I am at the Lake Carleton Arms off Van Dyke Road, close to the Veterans freeway.
Lots of shopping and restaurants close by.
It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath.
The room is not furnished, but the rest of the place is.
I don't drink or do drugs, but I do smoke- outside only.
I work from home.
I have a 75 lb black lab, and he is very well trained, and friendly.
You would have your own bathroom.
I have a huge lakeview patio .
We have tons of amenities: 4 pools, 4 laundry rooms, tennis and basketball ball courts, nature trails, and more.
The deposit is already paid, and you would only have to come in with the 1st month's rent, $900.
The electric bill runs about $100 -$125 a month.
You will have to do a background and credit check, and verification of employment.
It will be a 1 year lease.
The apartment complex charges $50 for the application fee.
There is a waiting list here, of about 1 year, but you would skip that.
