*Objectives of this Role:*
· Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
· Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content
· Work with and manage a team of writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain Nation Medical’s digital presence
· Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels
· Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience
· Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content
*Duties and Responsibilities:*
· Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
· Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads
· Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO
· Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms
· Monitor and analyze website analytics, social media metrics, and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
· Create and manage content on social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication
· Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns
· Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
· Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques
· Develop and monitor campaign budgets
· Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in marketing campaigns
*Requirements:*
· Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an e-commerce environment
· Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms
· Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for content creation
· Familiarity with HTML5, JavaScript, WordPress and other web development languages
· Experience with social media marketing and managing social media accounts
· Knowledge of conversion optimization techniques to improve website performance
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Pay: $57,691.
