Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns - Meet clients face to face - Adhere to all regulations and maintain client confidentiality throughout all interactions Requirements: - Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the insurance industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Must follow proven system - Must have Life and Health license - Must reside in the US.
