I am looking to purchase several vacant residential lots monthly.
I will pay cash and all closing costs at the right price.
I am looking for the following criteria: Must be located in Hillsborough Buildable Residential use (zoned for single family and or multi family use) Price point from 50's to 70's depending on area, comps, cost of construction at the time.
MUST BE OFF MARKET ONLY.

Provide me a price you are looking to get.
I will go and look at it right away and usually get back to you the same day with an answer.
If agreed, I will close with 10 to 14 days as long as title company can provide me clear and marketable title.
I will not pay for any back taxes and or liens.
